History and administration
Situated at 170 Princes' Blvd (Toronto, ON M6K 3C3), Toronto Stadium was rebuilt on the historic site of the former Exhibition Stadium. It is commonly referred to as the "National Soccer Stadium," a title that stems directly from its inception in 2007. The venue was specifically designed for soccer to provide the Canadian national team with its very first modern, dedicated home ground. It will host matches for the FIFA World Cup 2026.
